Crystal Cargo LLC sends text messages to customers, brokers, and driver applicants who opt in — for example by checking the text message box on a form on this website, or by texting us first. Messages cover replies to quote requests, application and hiring follow-ups, and load, dispatch, and delivery updates. We do not send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies depending on your request, application, or load.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, service, or employment.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
