• Quote and contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of the freight you want moved.
• Driver application: your name, phone number, whether you hold a Class A CDL, years of driving experience, the position you are interested in, and optionally your home ZIP code, email address, notes, and a resume file.
• Driver call-back form: your name and phone number.
• Text message consent: whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages from us.

We also collect information you give us when you call, text, or email us directly.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request — to deliver the site and keep it secure. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

We use personal information only to run our business with you:

• To answer quote requests and questions, and to arrange and dispatch freight.
• To review driver applications, contact applicants, and make hiring decisions.
• To send text messages you agreed to receive, such as replies to your request, application follow-ups, and load or dispatch updates.
• To keep records required by law and by our insurance and broker partners.
• To protect the website from spam, fraud, and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share personal information only in these situations:

• Service providers that help us operate — our website host, the secure messaging and email services that deliver form submissions to our team, and our phone and text messaging provider. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• Business partners, when you ask us to. For example, a broker or shipper you are working with may receive the details needed to move your load.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our drivers, or others.

We never sell or rent personal information to anyone.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
